Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Full-time Remote (PK / EU overlap) Senior · 4+ years

Own production features end to end across Next.js, TypeScript and Node — from data model to shipped UI. You'll work directly with clients, not through layers of account management.

  • Design and ship features across client platforms, front end to database
  • Take part in architecture and code review without slowing delivery
  • Join client demos and discovery — you're the engineer, not a ticket-taker
  • Mentor mid-level engineers and raise our internal standards
What we're looking for
  • 4+ years building production web applications
  • Strong React/Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js
  • Comfortable with PostgreSQL or MongoDB, testing and CI
  • Clear written English — this role writes as much as it codes
  • Bonus: AWS, Docker, multi-tenant architecture or billing systems

UI/UX Designer

Full-time Remote (PK / EU overlap) Mid–Senior · 3+ years

Design product interfaces that hold up in engineering. You'll research, prototype and hand over design systems — then watch your work get shipped instead of archived.

What you'll do
  • Run discovery and user research on client products
  • Produce wireframes, high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes
  • Build and maintain design systems that map cleanly to code
  • Usability-test your work and iterate on the evidence
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years designing digital products (portfolio required)
  • Figma fluency and a real understanding of component systems
  • Comfortable designing for accessibility, not bolting it on
  • Enough front-end literacy to specify implementation clearly
  • Bonus: motion, brand or design-ops experience

Digital Marketing Specialist

Full-time Remote Mid · 2+ years

Own growth for OpenApex and selected client accounts — SEO, paid search and conversion. You'll sit alongside the engineers who build the pages you're optimising.

What you'll do
  • Plan and run SEO and paid search campaigns with clear reporting
  • Own conversion-rate optimisation: hypothesis, test, measure, repeat
  • Maintain analytics, tracking and lead attribution
  • Write landing-page and ad copy that matches the brand
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, with results you can point to
  • Hands-on with GA4, Google Ads and Search Console
  • Comfortable reading a funnel and diagnosing where it leaks
  • Basic HTML/CSS literacy — you'll work next to developers
  • Bonus: B2B or agency experience
