We built a single patient portal that unifies records across every location, integrates with Riverstone's existing EHR system, and adds a real-time video consultation module. Every layer of the system — data at rest, data in transit, and access control — was built to HIPAA requirements from day one, with an outside security consultant auditing the build before launch.
